We understand that our plugin cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you would like to request a refund, send us your request at email@example.com. When requesting a refund, we respectfully ask that you meet the following refund policy conditions:
- The refund request is made within 14 days from the purchase date
- You have contacted our support team and allowed us to attempt to resolve your issue(s), or have explained why the plugin will not work for you. Please note, technical issues caused by 3rd party plugins, themes or other software will not qualify for a refund.
- You agree to deactivate and uninstall the plugin from your site if a refund is granted
- We cannot grant refunds on renewal payments for annual plans (Personal, Marketer, and Agency). However, you can cancel your subscription before renewal through your Gumroad Library.
In order to ask for a refund, You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. As soon as the request is received, we will evaluate the refund validity, if you are eligible for a refund we will initiate a full refund of the purchase within 7 business days.
